Community Involvement Application

The Sawridge Group of Companies is committed to supporting and building healthy communities in Alberta. We support registered charities and not-for-profit organizations whose charitable services are located within the communities in which we operate. Our community investment strategy focuses on areas of education, environment, health and safety, Aboriginal relations, local community development, arts and culture and recreation. Unfortunately, eligibility does not guarantee funding as we receive a high volume of eligible requests every year and follow a strict evaluation process to ensure that our funds are invested in the community with the utmost care and responsibility.

The Sawridge Group of Companies does not offer funding or in-kind support for the following:

  • Groups or organizations that do not hold a charitable status
  • Political parties or candidates
  • Religious organizations
  • Private schools
  • Advocacy or lobbying groups
  • Field trips or tours
  • Out of province requests

While the Sawridge Group of Companies corporate office reviews all requests from national organizations, each of our hotels manages their own community support program. Please fill out the application for funding form below and select the property you would like to contact.

Please note only applications submitted online through Sawridge’s electronic form will be considered. We are unable to respond to any paper, fax, or e-mail funding requests received.

Please note that Sawridge must be in receipt of requests 30 days prior to either the event or program. We will accept one application per organization each calendar year. Sawridge will make every effort to respond to your request in a timely manner.
