COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We recognize that the COVID-19 virus requires all of us to be more mindful as we go through our regular activities. Guided by our culture and purpose of care we have adjusted our processes to safeguard our staff and customers. Our team is working hard to ensure we meet the latest guidance from the industry on hygiene and cleaning. Our health and safety measures are designed to address a broad spectrum of viruses, including COVID-19, and cover everything from hand-washing hygiene, cleaning product specifications, frequency of sanitization and common area cleaning procedures.

Our Continued Commitment to Your Safety:

Guest Rooms 
Enhanced daily housekeeping procedures are in place. All china and glassware has been removed and replaced with disposable alternatives individually wrapped in plastic. Used and unopened toiletries are discarded. All stationary and other materials including coffee is removed from the rooms but will be offered to guests upon check in. Special sanitization of TV remotes, surfaces and all common touch points are treated with anti-viral sanitizing compounds. Should any guest wish to review our enhanced cleaning procedures, the manager or front desk personnel will happily share with you the efforts we undertake to protect your health and safety.

Spas & Fitness Centres
We apologize for the inconvenience; due to the severity of this virus we deem it necessary to temporarily suspend use of the fitness facility until a later date.

Buffet Breakfast and Lunches
To ensure the safety of our customers we have suspended all buffets until further notice. We offer a plated breakfast service similar to our buffet but delivered fresh to your table. All other meal services remain unchanged.

All refills of beverages will be provided in a fresh glass, every time. Customers wishing to take home remaining portions of meals will be provided with containers enabling you to pack for take home.

Cleaning of High Traffic Areas
Front doors, washroom doors, elevators and all high traffic touch points are sanitized on regular intervals. All tables, chairs and menus are cleaned with hospital grade sanitizers between each guest use. Salt and pepper shakers and drink menus will not be left on tables and are sterilized after each use. All small wares and utensils are sanitized between use following Alberta Health Services regulations.

Staff
Staff showing symptoms of cough or fever is not permitted to work. Any staff that has travelled out of the country in the past 14 days are required to self-isolate for 14 days. Staff is hand washing every 30 minutes and Alberta Health Services recommend our guests also wash their hands often and well. Hand washing instructions are posted at all sinks.

Cancellation Policy
Should you decide to cancel your reservation or event due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we understand and upon request to cancel we will waive cancellation fees and provide you with a cancellation number. Without a cancellation number regular fees will apply.
